What we collect

We collect the information needed to deliver the WISE Home Plan: your name, address, contact details, lockbox and access info, photos and notes from inspections and visits, payment status, and the contents of any work requests or files you share with us.

How we use it

We use your information to schedule and perform service, communicate with you, send invoices and renewals, and improve the service we provide. We do not sell your personal information.

Who can see it

Only the Elias Construction team and the specific vendors assigned to your work can see information related to your home. Other clients cannot access your data.

Service providers

We use trusted infrastructure providers to host the Service, store files, send email, and process payments (when enabled). These providers process data on our behalf under standard data-protection terms.

Email communications

We send transactional emails (quotes, invoices, inspection reports, visit reminders). You can opt out from Account settings or the unsubscribe link in any email. Critical account messages (password reset, security alerts) may still be delivered.

Retention & deletion

We retain your data for as long as you're a member and for a reasonable period after, to satisfy tax and warranty obligations. To request deletion of personal data, contact us.
