Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing the WISE Home Hub ("Service"), provided by Elias Construction ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. The Service is offered to active WISE Home Plan members as part of their home-maintenance subscription.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity on your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Service scope

The Service displays your plan information, scheduled visits, inspection reports, quotes, invoices, and related files. Service work itself is governed by your separate WISE Home Plan agreement.

4. Payments

Invoices issued through the Service are payable per the instructions listed on each invoice and on your billing screen. Late or unpaid invoices may affect plan status as described in your plan agreement.

5. Communications

You agree we may send transactional emails related to your plan (visit reminders, quotes, invoices, inspection reports). You can opt out of non-essential notifications in Account settings or via the unsubscribe link in any email.

6. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to access other clients' data, disrupt the Service, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend access for violations.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for your current plan year.
